• 1-1/2 pounds red potatoes or russet brown potatoes (about 6 medium), baked
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups (24 ounces) sour cream
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1.  Bake your potatoes in 450 degree oven for 1 hour

2. Let potatoes cool

3. Cut baked potatoes into 1-in. cubes.

4. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. or 8×8 baking dish.  Sprinkle with the salt and  pepper

5. Top with sour cream and cheese
