<li>Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9&#215;13 inch baking dish.</li>
<li>In a large bowl, mix hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese. Spread evenly into prepared dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.</li>
<li>Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly brown. Serve immediately.</li>

<li>Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.</li>
<li>Meanwhile, melt butter together with the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in onion, and cook until softened and translucent, about 2 minutes. Stir in garlic, red pepper, and mushroom; cook over medium-high heat until soft, about 2 minutes more.</li>
<li>Stir in the shrimp, and cook until firm and pink, then pour in Alfredo sauce, Romano cheese, and cream; bring to a simmer stirring constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with cayenne, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir drained pasta into the sauce, and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.</li>

<li><span style="font-size: large;">Meanwhile, cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Stir packet mix and follow the directions on the back of the packet. cook until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Split biscuits in half. Place 2 halves on each of 8 plates; top with about 1/3 cup gravy. </span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">Mix the salsa and taco seasoning packet in a bowl.  Pour the salsa mix into your crock- pot, and then add the chicken breast to the pot.  Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.  About 30 minutes before shredding the chicken, add the block of cream cheese and melt fully.   When done shred the chicken with a fork. </span></p>

For tacos, serve the chicken with soft flour tortillas, guacamole, lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream.</span></p>

<li>Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.</li>

<li>Brown sausage in a large skillet.  Drain and set aside.</li>

<li>Place butter in the prepared baking dish. Place in the oven for 5 minutes or until melted. Remove dish from oven, and toss melted butter with shredded hash browns, pressing hash browns into the bottom of the pan to form a potato crust.</li>

<li>In a large bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper. Stir in cottage cheese, onions, orange peppers, sausage and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Pour evenly over potato crust. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.</li>

<li>Bake 50-60 minutes or until cheese is melted, and a toothpick inserted in the center of the casserole comes out clean.</li>
