• 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 cups chopped, cooked rotisserie chicken meat
  • 1 chopped hot pepper (your choice )
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mustard ( I use a grainy mustard)
  • salt and pepper
  • Tomatoes for topping

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt & pepper. Toss with chicken, peppers, and celery, and red onion.  Spread chicken salad on your favorite bread & Enjoy.
