- 1 envelope Taco Seasoning
- 6 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 16-ounce jar Salsa
- 1 block of cream cheese
- soft flour tortillas
- guacamole
- lettuce
- shredded cheese
- tomatoes
- sour cream
Mix the salsa and taco seasoning packet in a bowl. Pour the salsa mix into your crock- pot, and then add the chicken breast to the pot. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours. About 30 minutes before shredding the chicken, add the block of cream cheese and melt fully. When done shred the chicken with a fork.
For tacos, serve the chicken with soft flour tortillas, guacamole, lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream.
